Game is good, could be better if it were online instead of just on my Phone

I got so tired if waiting for an update that I got angry and took of the games now my question is where are the millions of coins I accumulated now that retrieved my games back how can I get them back now that there is new games, do you have an answer for me? Im still waiting for my coins to be returned to me today is Thursday August the 8th that Im adding to my review what the heck is going on? When Am I getting an answer? Today is August 13 Tuesday again and again where are my coins still no answer on top of everything how come the App support for the dies not work ,how convenient.

You owe me 24 million credits funny how my game stopped working and when I redownloaded my credits were gone give them back or I will trash you guys on facebook

Wait 4hours for a paltry 100 credits. Poor payouts. Otherwise, the games would be fun if it gave back enough to keep playing.

You cant play this game on the few pennies you get every four hours...the bonus you give is not enough to keep the player happy. To play this game you have to wait a week of collecting the hourly bonuses to play for a few min....I wish I knew if you are even getting these comments....the amount of coin needed to play is not what you give on the hourly bonuses.. Love the game..similar to the one I am addicted to...but they give you enough coin each day to at least attempt to play....You can not play on ten coins or no coin on some spins it comes up zero...its a. Waste of time to wait a week to get enough to play... I see you are no putting this rating on your board...as I have rated you before and nothing has been posted..if you want honest reactions to you game then you need to be able to be in contact with the players...is there a way to contact your support group from the game? I didnt see one this is te only way to reach you. When you request a rating..add more coin to the ame on te hourly bonus spins...

I agree with the reviewer who stated the few coins you get each four hours are not sufficient to keep a person interested in playing. I really could enjoy this game, and even purchased a few coins at first, but I will not buy any more. The payouts are much too small and it just ends up being frustrating to run out of funds so quickly.

Love this game I have an alarm set every 4hours to get credits. Sometimes I do not get credits for my correct double suit color choice. Other than that I have fun.

Enjoy the variety of games but just when I start to get enough credits to play without running out it locks up and I have to restart! Also the bonuses are too small and too far apart keeping play at a minimum for long periods.

I update and now I cant open the app. I dont want to loose all my levels.

Game wont load! Please fix.

2nd time there was an update and my game will not open please fix

I have written this review 3 times already but it not been posted even once!! This game is addictive, but customers need to be aware that every time they update this app, the developers steal all your points!!! Consequently I have lost hundreds of dollars of purchased points and many millions of points that I WON!!!! I want them back!!!!! This is thievery. iTunes needs to look into this and protect their customers.

I had over 400,000 credits and now after I upgraded, its all GONE. I will probably never get them back. notice there is no Facebook log in? Everyone, YOUR COINS ARE GONE. Thinking of deleting this app.

Ive been very patient with your updates. However, when you decided to take over 65 million coins and 123 stars with this new update its pushed me to wanting to delete this game. I spend most of the time waiting for a new update so I can actually play the game. Please fix it and give me back my coins and stars!!!

This game was fun. I acquired over 30 million credits and then after an upgrade, it would freeze during play. I just downloaded another upgrade, and the game will not play at all. The initial screen comes up and then goes back to my desktop. Tried to upload the HD version ( thinking my credits would transfer) with no luck. I even bought some credits to see if that may help, and of course it did not. Beware of this one, you may win in the on start , but you will lose based on the programmers "upgrades". Shame on you! Update: the last upgrade fixed the issue, but on the latest upgrade, it took my 75 million points and reduced it to 10,000 points. Unbelievable!

If you crash and we update why do you take our points. Fun game to play. Would get great reviews if this did not happen so often.

With the latest upgrade, I now cannot even open the program. It starts and then closes out or does not even start sometimes. While others have lost their funds, I have lost use of the game and have no way of knowing if the points are gone! Upgrade? Really?

I have been playing this game for a long time. I love it. I was doing really well until the update. I had 23 million coins! I had a ton of stars and everything unlocked. Now since the update I have 10,000... Im not happy. I just want my coins back. Please! I will give 5 stars IF my coins are returned.
